Messy Bun Bakery Order Agreement
BAKERY ORDERS:
• Must be finalized no later than (7) days prior to the date of pick up.
• Payment required within 3 days of receipt of quotation in order to hold requested date(but no
later than 7 days before event)
• Orders are ONLY confirmed after payment is received, 7 days or more prior to event.
• Orders are emailed. It is your responsibility to check junk/spam email folders. We respond
within 1-2 days, end of week ordering may have delayed response time.
PAYMENT:
• Orders are ONLY confirmed after full payment is received, 7 days or more prior to event.
• Partial payments are not accepted.

CANCELLATION FEES:
• 7+ days prior to pick-up date: 50% Cancellation fee applies. Half the purchase price will be
refunded.
• 0-7 days prior to pickup date: 100% Cancellation fee applies. None of the purchase price will
be refunded.
ORDER CHANGES:
• It is YOUR responsibility to double check your order form for errors. Limited revisions are
permitted up to (7) days prior to the pickup date listed on your invoice.
**Special Note regarding “inspiration” photos: These are subject to our personal design
styles and interpretations. We do our very best to present you with beautifully designed baked
goods based on our skills and personal style.
Liability Release:
• We are not liable for any damages caused once the product has left our possession.
Please only handle your cake/ baked goods with great care, keeping on a flat surface, and do
not leave in temperatures over 70F for an extended period of time.
• Humidity May Affect Products and we are not responsible for conditions out of our control.
• Please ask us for the best way to care for your items if you are unsure.
• We are not responsible for issues due to negligence.
• Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy,
eggs (frosting) , wheat, soy, tree nuts, sesame, peanuts, and gluten (seafood/shellfish- home kitchen*).
• Even if you disclose an allergy, consume at your own discretion.

inspected by the Department of Health

• Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 10AM – 4PM. • Saturday and Sunday: 9AM to 12PM.
